RSS – Really Simple Syndication 

Com os Feed RSS você pode acompanhar as atualizações de vários sites ao mesmo tempo sem ter que se preocupar em visitá-los várias vezes por dia.
Seu uso é extremamente simples. Eu pessoalmente gosto do Google Reader, pois posso acessá-lo de qualquer computador sem precisar de nenhum programa além do próprio navegador de internet. Passos para aprender a usar:

1- Você precisa ter uma conta do Google, se não tiver, faça uma agora.

2- Em seguida, acesse o site do Google Reader

3- No site, basta clicar em ADD Subscription e digitar o endereço da RSS Feed do site que você deseja adicionar, ou simplesmente o endereço do mesmo.

4- Pronto, você já está inscrito!

Com os Feed RSS você pode acompanhar as atualizações de vários sites ao mesmo tempo sem ter que se preocupar em visitá-los várias vezes por dia.
Seu uso é extremamente simples. Eu pessoalmente gosto do Google Reader, pois posso acessá-lo de qualquer computador sem precisar de nenhum programa além do próprio navegador de internet. Passos para aprender a usar:

1- Você precisa ter uma conta do Google, se não tiver, faça uma agora.

2- Em seguida, acesse o site do Google Reader

3- No site, basta clicar em ADD Subscription e digitar o endereço da RSS Feed do site que você deseja adicionar, ou simplesmente o endereço do mesmo.

4- Pronto, você já está inscrito!
